Moonal Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Moonal purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is also required.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal-care products cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@moonalritual.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Moonal will cover the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Moonal or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@moonalritual.com.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used, except when damaged or defective
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
• Sale or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you purchased and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped to the European Union and applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Any statutory rights that apply to your purchase are not affected by this policy. Returned products must meet applicable return conditions except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
