Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Most domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Local Drop-Off
Local drop-off may be available for eligible customers based on location. Availability and any applicable delivery fee will be displayed or confirmed at checkout.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. Someone should be available to receive the order when necessary.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order size, delivery method, and destination.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Moonal is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may be outside Moonal’s control.
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will review the issue and assist you with the next available steps.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
